Alderley Pilates are going from strength to strength and are offering lots of variations on the classic Pilates themes, to increase the value off this brilliant exercise system.

Available Daytime, Evening and Saturdays. These are 1 hour lessons where your standing and moving posture will be assessed and a series of key exercises will be provided for home practice.
