Alderley Pilates is the leading Body Control Pilates studio in the area with a programme of 30 small , graded Pilates matwork classes at 5 levels as well as offering private lessons , studio sessions and workshops and besides pilates matwork also offers Pilates Reformer machines and the new Pilates Exo Chair.
You can use Pilates for relaxation, to improve flexibility, to improve sporting performance and to recover from injury.
Come and visit the studio for a programme of free , bookable , classes or just drop in for a chat , a look round and a glass of fizz
9am Welcome Back class ( if you haven't done Pilates for a while )
10am Moving on from level 3 to 4 or 4 to 5 and some of the classic Pilates exercises
11am Beginners taster session
12 till 2 Drop in for a look round, advice about Pilates and classes, and a glass of fizz and call into Raw Chi and meet Renee Maguire and learn about her health and vitality products
2pm Beginners taster session
3pm until 5pm sample studio session and a chance to try the state of the art Allegro Reformers, Exo chair Spine Correctors and Toning Circles
All sessions are free but pre booking is advisable
You can book a course of 6 Beginner classes ( daytime, evening or saturday morning ) for just £10. Classes start from Monday 7th September
