We had another report of 2 suspicious males in a silver Toyota car -S Registration .
They were knocking on doors in Parkfield Avenue — Peover on Wednesday 4th March around 4pm.
These men are claiming to be from Cheshire East Council asking to carry out repair works to properties.
The information we have received today from a member of the public has provided the police with an excellent start to make some enquiries. A full registration was taken!!
Please can we remind you that it is vital to ring 101 as soon as you see something like this today and call us straight away.
All we can confirm at this stage is that the vehicle that has been seen today does NOT have a connection with Cheshire East Council.
