Can you help, please?
Chelford Tenants & Residents Association recently gained funding in Cheshire East Councils "You Decide" grants programme, which is for local communities to contribute to the health and well being of its residents.
As part of our initiative we are working with a number of partners including "Living Well, Dying Well" who are facilitating some sessions for us and also delivering some craft activities for our community.
As an organisation well placed to provide a fantastic input and with knowledge of our local community we need your help! Invitations are going out to a wide range of organisations including the Parish Council, Housing associations, the local GPs and many others!
All we are asking is a few hours of your time to attend our first session (please click on the attached file for full details)
It is only with the input from organisations can we really make a difference, not only to the residents of Chelford but the surrounding areas of Cheshire East. We hope that the project will make a significant difference to the lives of over 50's and that we can all share our ideas and inspirations!
