The St John's, Chelford carol service took place on Sunday 21st December, beginning the festive season in good tune.
The candlelit church was beautiful and the many people who attended were in fine voice for the wide range of traditional carols.
The choir (pictured) led by Mr Donald McLeod produced some wonderful music, including a very well-executed piece from Bach's Christmas Oratorio.
The Christmas services for both St John's and St Peter's are on the calendar, so please go along and enjoy the seasonal worship in a lovely, village atmosphere. The next event is the Crib Service at St John's at 16.00 on 24th December.
