Digital Discovery

On 6th February from 10.00- 12.00 , CTARA are holding an event at Astle Court Community Room to launch you smoothly into the digital world.

If you have a laptop, tablet (besides those prescribed by the Doctor!) etc bring it along, if not don't worry!

We have several volunteers who are willing to help you get started. So if you haven't even switched a computer on or have no idea what a curser is, or think a mouse is just a furry animal don't worry!

Perhaps you just want to store your photographs from your camera, search for things on the internet, email, chat to family & friends overseas, buy things online, make a poster or type a letter?

Perhaps you know the basics but would like to learn more? With our shared knowledge we should be able to help!

Perhaps you are unsure whether to buy a computer or tablet?

The session is planned to be relaxed with chance to have a go and see just what a computer/tablet can do. Oh, and there's free refreshments.

Please join us! No charge!.
