Free Pilates Sessions
TRY PILATES FOR FREE THIS AUGUST
Alderley Pilates is celebrating its 15th Anniversary in September
However Chelford residents Jan and Peter Bowen started teaching Pilates in early 2001 in Chelford Village Hall and continue to teach clients from those early days.
We would be delighted to welcome more people from Chelford and surrounding villages to try Pilates with us in our dedicated studio just a few miles from Chelford in Nether Alderley.
So we are offering local residents 3 free classes during August including a Beginners class.
Pilates targets the deep posture muscles , building strength from the inside out, rebalancing the body and bringing it into correct alignment. It helps to reshape your body which will become longer leaner and more toned. it will also improve your posture achieving the perfect balance between strength and flexibility and it is a great way to relieve unwanted stress and tension.
TO CLAIM YOU FREE CLASSES CALL THE STUDIO ON 01625 860475 OR EMAIL firstname.lastname@example.org or visit our website www.alderleypilates.co.uk and quote CHELFORD OFFER
All our classes are taught by qualified Body Control Pilates teachers
If you are uncertain about beginning exercise the please seek medical advice and all clients are requested to complete a registration form
In September we will be holding a CELEBRATION WEEK from Saturday 9th to Sunday 17th September and this all include special classes and workshops as well as a list by Body Control Pilates founder and "Queen of Pilates" Lynne Robinson ( yes the one who has been teaching Holly Willoughby ! )
