Would you like to be a part of a new Family History TV series for Channel 4?

Genealogy Roadshow, produced by Big Mountain Productions for broadcaster Channel 4, is an innovative series that offers the British public a chance to connect directly with their family history for the first time.

The series will open its doors to a broad cross section of society and , using a team of expert investigators, will help them to unearth family secrets or achievements, reunite with lost branches of their family tree, or search for hidden treasure buried deep in their families past.

Although people may be seeking answers to certain questions, the experts extensive research could take things in a very different direction and reveal some astonishing stories...so everyone involved should expect the unexpected!

We are filming in : CAPESTHORNE HALL, Congleton Rd, Macclesfield, SK11 9JY
From Wednesday 28th Feb until Sunday 4th March 2018.

At present we are looking for people who would like to join us in their quest to find out more about their family history. We are looking for enthusiastic audience members who are willing to embrace the revelations of others' family history as well as receiving some assistance to conquer their own genealogical mysteries

There will be two sessions of filming each day that audiences are welcome to join.
9am-1pm &2pm-6pm
