Get Your Buns in Gear--Bake
The flour has settled, the yeast is no longer rising and we're all kneading a bit of a lift. So it is time to focus on 2016 and yes--GBBO is back. The makers of the Great British Bake Off are looking for some new bakers and they think the people of Cheshire may have the requisite skills.
The production team is currently looking for the next batch of great home bakers in this county.
So who's the best baker you know? If you, or someone you know, can handle the dough, flake the pastry, turn out a terrific tart and know the difference between a fan oven and a freezer, then you could be on to a winner.
