The Astle Lakes Plans for the Quarry

Home » Newsroom » The Astle Lakes Plans

The plans have now been submitted to Cheshire East and these can be viewed on the Cheshire East website (reference 16/1353M) in the Planning section. These proposals represent a significant development in Chelford and it is important that residents carefully consider the implications for the village, alongside the recent Jones Homes plans for the Stobart site and the possible future development of the market site. Residents have the opportunity to submit comments via the Cheshire East website up to the 28th April. The Parish Council is to meet on Thursday 14th April to discuss the planning application and the agenda can be found on the Chelford website. If you wish to make your views known to the Parish Council, as well as submitting your own comments to Cheshire East, then you can attend the public session between 7.30pm and 7.45pm at Astle Court Community Room.
