Our March meeting was opened as usual by our President Anne, who welcomed us all and mentioned that we had lots of trips and outings to think about, as we did not meet in February, due to the 'beast from the east!'

Anne then introduced our speaker for the evening Tony Taylor, with his talk 'You'll be Younger Next Year,' Tony is a movement specialist and we had lots of audience participation.

His passion is helping, inspiring and educating people in their 50's, 60's and 70's, that some small and consistent changes to our exercise and nutrition, can have a huge impact in the trajectory of our health and wellbeing over the next 20/30 years.

Anne Fussell then gave the vote of thanks and we then, as usual, enjoyed a very generous supper. Our next Meeting is on Wednesday 25th April 2018 at 7.30pm, when our speaker will be Dulcie Lewis with 'Powder Puff, Paint and Corsets,' at Lower Withington Village Hall, why not make a resolution, to come along and join us! e-mail:
