The Planning Team has now analysed the results from the initial questionnaire and has examined the feedback from the public meetings. A small group of volunteers is now developing a second questionnaire which will focus on the key issues which residents have identified. The questionnaire will be asking residents to give their views in more detail, so that the planning team can write policies to reflect the information provided. This second questionnaire, which will be distributed early in 2018, and we hope that you will make every effort to complete it.

It is clear from responses already received by the planning team, that residents have strong views on a range of issues which they believe will affect the Parish now and in the future.

The team will be preparing a second bid for central government funding very soon, to support activities in 2018. Our planning consultant is continuing to provide us with excellent advice and guidance and so too are Officers at Cheshire East. We remain on track to complete the Plan by the end of 2018.

We will be holding further public meetings to keep you informed of our progress. Also keep a look out for updates on the Chelford website.
