Runaways Beginners Are No More!
After the initial series of running sessions, everyone attending the Runaways' beginners group can now run at least 3.5 miles with no problems and are no longer beginners. Well done to all who have come along.
There will be a short gap until 09:30, 26th April when the Saturday running group will start again. Everyone is welcome to join and enjoy an easy-paced, sociable run of 4-5 miles with some stretching and drills. If you're interested, please just turn up at the MUGA with suitable clothes and shoes for running on mixed terrain of field paths and roads. All sessions are free and are led by a qualified RunEngland leader.
