Spring Pulls Into The Station
It looks like the station gardens are bursting into life and the volunteers are coming out of hibernation, notably Peter and Heather Hammond who have put in a great effort in sorting out the beds.
Heather, in particular, has taken on that heroic and unsung task of keeping the vegetation from intruding onto the footpath that runs across the bridge and down to the Crewe-bound platform.
Meanwhile, the volunteers are gearing up for a series of new projects to make the station even more pleasant. Look out for more work in progress and if you'd like to join in, contact us here.
