Tug of War, Sunday 6th April
On Sunday, 6th April, Bosley Tug ofWar Club will be holding their annual charity competition at Chelford Activity Park.
These events are usually a great day out with a lovely family atmosphere. That doesn't mean, however, that fierce competition doesn't take place. At the previous event, sides from as far away as Somerset took part.
The weigh in will commence at 10am with the competitions starting at 11am. The weight classes will be as follows:
Men — Catchweight, 720kg, 680kg, 640kg and 600kg
Ladies/Youth — 520kg and 560kg
All teams and supporters are welcome to come along. This event is an open competition open to all Association, Young Farmers, Federation or unregistered teams who want to come along on the day.
