Crime Update — Knutsford Local Police Team — October 2016

03/10 Criminal damage to fence of property on Carlisle Close, Mobberley. Spray paint on fence.

04/10 Youths in the garden area of Knutsford given yellow cards for possession of cannabis. Parents will receive letters from the police regarding the incident.

07/10 at 13.45 hours — Attempt burglary at a property on Fir Tree Road in Knutsford. Male was seen in the afternoon to throw a large stone at a rear window and was disturbed, then made off.

07/10 Burglary at a property along Chelford Road in Knutsford. Whilst occupant was on holiday — offenders have forced the rear door to the property to gain access. Unsure what has been stolen.

07/10 Young male arrested for possession of cannabis on the Moor at Knutsford.

08/10 Theft of white transit van from farm on Ashley Road in Ashley.

08/10 Attempt burglary at an address on Mobberley Lane in Knutsford. Large stone has been thrown through rear window and an attempt to open a window. Occurred between 19.45 hours and 22.00 hours.

08/10 Male arrested for criminal damage to a property on Meadowsweet Road, Mobberley.

09/10 Theft of wallet from insecure motor vehicle parked at the Leisure Centre on Westfield Drive.

10/10 Criminal damage to inflatable pools at an address on Ashley Road, Ashley.

13/10 Burglary at an address on Cley Heys, Chelford. Rear window to property smashed and entry gained. Occurred during the day time.

15/10 Burglary and theft from motor vehicle at an address on Warrington Road, Mere. Offenders have stolen house keys from vehicle and entered address making off with handbag.

23/10 Male arrested for criminal damage near to the Co-op in Mobberley occurred around 14.20 hours.

24/10 Theft of lambs from a farm on Welsh Row, Nether Alderley — wires have been cut to remove lambs. Occurred between 1700 hours 23/10 and 12 noon.

24/10 Theft of front and rear registration plates to a vehicle parked on driveway of property on Candelan Way, High Legh.

25/10 2 males in a BMW late at night on Cherry Tree Lane, Rostherne, acting suspiciously, looking into properties.

26/10 Burglary dwelling to a detached house on Sugar Pit Lane, Knusford. Offenders have smashed conservatory doors to gain entry and made off with music system. Offenders have failed to gain entry to lounge and other parts of the house as lounge doors were locked. Occurred overnight.

26/10 Criminal damage to a motor vehicle left parked and unattended on Tabley Hill Lane. Offenders have forced rear door lock with a crow bar — nothing taken.

27/10 Burglary to premises on King St, Knutsford. Rear fire doors have been forced overnight and safe has been stolen.

30/10 Offenders have forced entry to 2 outbuildings on Congleton Road, Alderley Edge and stolen electrical items.

30/10 Offenders have gained access to vehicle by unknown means and stolen a laptop, other personal items from boot of mercedes vehicle.

31/10 19.00 hours youths kicking fence panels to a property on Westfield Drive, Knutsford.

31/10 20.30 hours youths seen kicking street furniture along St Johns Vale, Knutsford.
