As you realise it's now only just over 2 weeks before our SUMMER FETE on Saturday 23rd July at The Hall at Marthall. As always, there will be lots of great attractions including:

  • Nesta's Ark: come and see, handle and learn about the animals.
  • Cheshire Fire Service & Police
  • Music by DJ Pete Deane
  • BBQ & Refreshments
  • Raffle
  • Plant Stall
  • Jewellery
  • Cards & Gifts
  • Cake stall
  • Holistic/Alternative Therapies
  • Pickles & Preserves
  • Sculptures

We have lots happening, but we need your support! We are desperate for:

  • Major raffle prizes for our main raffle (to Iris Ryder Astle Court)
  • Items (new and worth at least £1.50) for our "Little Bit of What you fancy" These need not be wrapped. To 31 Elmstead Road please!
  • Jewellery also appreciated for our stall.
  • Donations of homemade cakes would also be appreciated (to Astle Court Community Room on Friday 22nd between 10am _ noon)

WHY WE NEED EVENTS LIKE OUR FETE TO HELP SUSTAIN OUR RUNNING COSTS AND ACTIVITIES!
For example: Our insurance costs around £400 pa, printing & stationery £1,000, Christmas Lunch costs around £500, We need a new fridge for the community room as the existing one has broken
