Valentine's Dinner A Big Hit
Chelford Tenants & Residents Association held a Valentines Dinner on 14th January 2015. It was a sell out! We are not surprised at an inclusive price of £14 per head (with free wine!)

For those who attended they were treated to:
NIBBLES! : Warm Red Pepper and Blue Cheese Bruschetta and Croustades of Tapenade
FIRST COURSE: Fresh Salmon Terrine lightly spiked with fresh Dill and Chives served with a crisp Watercress Garnish with Honey & Mustard Dressing. Accompanied by homemade Melba Toast
MAIN COURSE: A Breast of French Maize Fed Guinea Fowl cooked with Red Wine, Apricots and Brandy and accompanied by Almondine Potatoes, Puree of Creamed Cauliflower, Chantanay Carrots and Sugar Snap Peas
PUDDING: Freshly made chilled Lemon Soufflé topped with a tangy Lemon and Stem Ginger Syllabub garnished with home made Dark Chocolate Lattice Hearts
COFFEE : Cafetiere Coffee with fresh Cream and Chocolates
WINE: Tavernello White and Red
