The Village Hall Annual General Meeting is looming and will be held at the end of May, date to be finalised and announced in the May magazine and Web Site. The Hall is run by 5 volunteers two of which are standing down at the next AGM. Nominations are requested in writing (email firstname.lastname@example.org)
We all felt that, as a result of the survey last year, people WERE interested in the Hall and would like to see it renovated. Financially, our position is much improved, but still not enough to do all the things we would like to get done. Any fund raising initiatives would be welcomed. The Committee meets approx 10 times per year and discuss all aspects of the Hall Management from cess pit to roof!
