Grand National Sweepstake in Aid of Village Hall
Chelford Village Hall is looking to upgrade their kitchen, to date they have secured a grant towards some of the work but are looking for additional funding for the appliances, work surfaces and flooring.
During the Covid 19 pandemic their revenue stream dried up completely and now two years on they are only just seeing the return of some bookings.
They have also had to deal with flooding and drainage, which has severely affected their reserves.
Therefore, we are looking to hold a Grand National fundraising event to generate the extra funding they need, anything that is raised will be put to good use and will help to secure the future of the Village Hall.
Horses will be chosen at random once the runners have been confirmed, the cost will be £5 per horse. Your named horse will be sent to you by your preferred method, text, email or note by the evening of Friday 8thApril.
People allocated the winning horses will win £25 each with the remaining money going to the Village Hall Appeal.
