Pupils at Chelford Primary School are enjoying making use of their new outdoors area following the recent installation of a full-length canopy and soft-play flooring.
The project, funded in part from PTA donations and contributions from the Parish Plan and Education Trust, will enable pupils to enjoy learning through outdoors play in all weathers, providing further opportunities to keep active and healthy.
Headteacher Andy Brady is delighted with the installation completed by local company Pentagon Play, "These upgrades will significantly enhance our provision for outdoors learning, especially for our youngest pupils. As we know, during the pandemic, it has become even more important to provide opportunities for learning outdoors and we are thrilled with the job the team at Pentagon have done."
