The village Halloween Scarecrow Competition on 30 October, was a huge success, and the winner was 'Witch on a Dyson' displayed on Hitch Lowes.
The event was organised by Chelford Social Committee who would like to thank the Chairman of Chelford Parish Council for judging the competition and the Council for donating the prizes, as well as all the villagers who took part and really got behind it!
Here are just a few of the brilliant and funny entries, and the Social Committee are hoping that next year, it will be an even bigger and better event.
