Further to recent customer feedback, we are considering introducing an FAQ section into our website and Facebook page in order to provide quick answers to commonly asked questions. If you think this is a good idea or even have a question of your own that you'd like to post, please feel free to state it by reply.
"Some like it hot."
How spicy do your like your Thai food? At KHD, we want every meal you order from us to have that real "wow" factor and so further to a number of recent requests from our customers, we are going to be introducing a "Spiceometer" which will enable you to customise just how spicy (or mild) your chosen soup, curry or stir fry should be. It's pretty straightforward -- 1 chilli pepper equals mildly spiced, 2 chilli peppers equals moderately spiced and 3 represents very spicy!
A handful of customers have enquired about the ordering process and how it works, therefore we have put together the following guidance:
1) View our menu and associated descriptions either here on our Facebook page, or via the followinglink :
2) Simply send your order through to us via WhatsApp, Messenger or email:- uk.hatsadee@gmail.com along with your full name, contact number, delivery date, address and preferred timeslot. We'll do our very best to accommodate this.
3) We will respond ASAP with your confirmed order sheet/invoice and answers to any questions you might have.
4) We prefer payment via bank transfer (details are provided on the invoice) but where this isn't possible, we can accept contactless card payments on delivery
New dishes & "off the menu" requests
Whilst our current menu has witnessed one or two additions since day one, we remain very much open to requests (particularly for those of a rather more obscure Isan style.)
You might have a particular dish in mind which you tried in Thailand and fell in love with but cannot obtain here. In such a scenario, we'll do our very best to accommodate your wishes. As a general rule, we simply ask for 24 hours' notice so that we can prepare your order.
Post lockdown catering events
When I started KHD, I had originally envisaged it as being a catering business for private events such as weddings, christenings, birthdays, corporate events etc.Covid-19 required us to pivot our model slightly toward home deliveries and this has proved a fantastic opportunity for both ourselves and our loyal customers, however we remain very much open for business in respects of catering for private events. To that end, if you have any such events on the horizon, KHD would be delighted to provide a fully costed quote to assist with your planning.
